Vegana Hannah (Hannah LeBrun) is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Coach, NASM Certified Personal trainer,  and 2x Bikini Bodybuilding Pro with years of experience in Plant-Based Nutrition, Bodybuilding, Group Exercise Instruction, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Hypnosis and Functional Fitness. She has personal experience with disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and low self-esteem which she has overcome through the use of NLP, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnosis. Her mindset techniques are designed to empower you to achieve better results than you've ever experienced before, and allow a total transformation of your health and overall wellness.
